Le Circuit du pain est un itinéraire touristique agroalimentaire qui vous permettra de découvrir le chemin du froment ou blé tendre, du champ à la table. Ce circuit peut s’effectuer entièrement ou partiellement. Vous pourrez visiter une exploitation où l’on cultive le blé, un ancien moulin à farine et une boulangerie où l’on travaille le froment. Le tout en direct !

Le Circuit du pain vous permettra de découvrir le district du Lluçanès, les producteurs et ceux qui élaborent le froment, un produit singulier du Lluçanès, ainsi que le pain. Vous pourrez découvrir le territoire, le patrimoine gastronomique et le paysage en toute tranquillité et en le savourant. Vous découvrirez un terroir à l’identité marquée, à mi-chemin entre la plaine de Vic et le Berguedà, où l’activité paysanne est très vivante et où on ne fabrique pas les aliments, on les fait.

The Milk Route is an agri-food tourist route on which you can discover local cheesemakers and milk farms. Visit cow, sheep and goat farms, tasting different cheeses, milk and other dairy products, where all the processes are explained by the producers themselves. You’ll discover small farms that blend in with the landscape, along with farmers who apply and transmit their traditional know-how in combination with new farming and animal handling technology. You’ll also get a chance to visit production facilities where unique products are made, as well as meeting restaurateurs who appreciate local products and incorporate them in their menus.
