Osona viewpoints, must-see attractions

Located at the foot of the sanctuary of the Mare de Déu de Bellmunt (Sant Pere de Torelló), at 1,246 m, you can observe the Ges Valley, the Vic Plain, the pre–coastal mountain range, and on clearer days, Montserrat.
Sant Bartomeu del Grau is separated from the Plana de Vic by a rocky escarpment to the east of the town. Its surroundings, with mountains over 900 meters high, offer exceptional panoramic views. From the Roc Llarg Viewpoint, you can see the Plain of Vic, the nearby mountains such as Montseny, Les Guilleries, Collsacabra, and Puigsacalm, as well as a large part of the Eastern Pyrenees, with peaks such as Canigó, Puigmal, Pedraforca, and Cadí, and to the south, the silhouette of Montserrat.
Located on a ridge in Lluçanès, the Perafita viewpoint offers an impressive panorama oriented towards Berguedà. From this point, you can clearly see the iconic Pedraforca massif, the Cadí mountain range, and the historic Castell de Lluçà.
Located in Sant Agustí del Lluçanès, this is an exceptional observation point, with a panorama that goes far beyond the region and offers four major references: to the north, the Núria valley and the Canigó; to the east, Cabrera and Aiats; to the south, the Montseny; and to the west, the Pedraforca and the Cadí.
The Ter River plays a fundamental role in the landscape of Osona, not only from a geographical and natural perspective, but also in the social, urban, and historical–industrial aspects of the region. The economic and industrial use of its waters was key to the development of towns and colonies. From the viewpoint on the banks of the Ter River in Sant Quirze de Besora, you can see a micro–landscape marked by these historical and industrial elements.
