Natural area of the Guilleries-Savassona

This space contributes to the environs of Sau Reservoir and Vilanova Valley. With an area of 8,370 hectares it has maintained the harmony between the natural conditions and their transformation by human activity. This space includes three physically distinct parts: The Guillerías, Savassona and the Collsacabra. It marks the landscape formed by forests scattered over meadows and fields, the emergent cliffs of naked rocks and Sau Reservoir with its area of influence.
